Our Story

With over 20 years of experience in Building Maintenance and is

"Director of Facilities in Building Services", for an all-male homeless shelter in Milwaukee, WI. Noticing that many of the men were not working and did not have any work experience.

​ Ricco decided to start his company MANY COLORS - HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC to give some of the men that are willing, a chance / second chance at life. This will give them employability skills, create confidence and motivation. His mission is to help as many people as he can, with a new start, understanding how important a new start is.

The name "Many Colors" is the chosen name of the company, because Ricco is a man of God, Peace and Humanity. He believes that many people with different ethnic backgrounds can come together, work amongst each other and do well.  His vision is that we are all human and should be able to engage each other. 

​

There may be a chance at launching a new program at the shelter to help increase the success rate, for both the shelter and "Many Colors", but the program will not be limited to just shelters, we plan

Here at Many Colors - Home Improvement, we focus on both Residential and Commercial services and specialize in:

​Flooring, Drywall, Painting, Lawn Care and General Maintenance Repair and we would love to complete your next project for you!
